General production takes about 20-30 working days, but this may vary depending on order scheduling in Hong Kong and Taiwan. The production timeline may also be affected by the type and quantity of customized products. For more details, please contact local customer service.

Once customized products enter the production process, the designer will confirm the final design with the customer. However, slight differences between the actual product and the design are normal. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted, except in cases of production defects. Unistar reserves the right to make the final decision.
