We recommend providing high-resolution files (300 dpi or above) or vector files (AI/EPS), so that the final result produced through full dye-sublimation printing technology will be sharp, detailed, and visually refined.

In order to protect the rights of original creators and comply with copyright laws, UNISTAR Corporation is unable to directly print or reproduce unauthorized images, such as well-known animation characters, brand trademarks, or images sourced from the internet.

We can create a similar visual style while ensuring the design is completely original and exclusively created for your team, fully compliant with copyright regulations. The product design is copyrighted by Unistar, so the logo must be placed according to the specifications. For special requests, please contact local customer service.

According to the Copyright Law, the copyright of the jersey design (pattern and original patterns) created by the Zhongxing Industrial design team belongs to Zhongxing Industrial.

The copyright of the jersey's base design and layout belongs to us. Without authorization, the design cannot be directly used for other purposes (such as outsourcing production to other manufacturers). For special usage requirements, please contact customer service to discuss authorization matters.

You retain ownership of the team logo and team name you provided.
 

We offer a range of functional fabrics for sportswear, each designed to suit the specific needs of different sports. Please contact our local customer service team before placing an order for more details.

We recommend washing with cold water (below 40°C) and with garments of similar colors. Use an appropriate amount of laundry detergent on both sides and allow the item to air dry. Do not use bleach, iron, or tumble dry.

Once the design and production stages have begun, refunds for customized products are not available.

Once customized products enter the production process, the designer will confirm the final design with the customer. However, slight differences between the actual product and the design are normal.
