Customization Process
STEP 1. Consultation & Quotation
Contact our customer service team to share your customization requirements (including sport type, product style, expected usage date, and quantity). We will provide professional recommendations and a transparent quotation. Once confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to officially initiate the project.
STEP 2. Customized Design Discussion
You may select a style from the “All Products” section on our website, or provide reference designs to discuss one-on-one with our designers. Whether it’s full dye-sublimation jerseys or commemorative apparel, we can bring your ideas to life.
STEP 3. Accurate Sizing & Fit Test
No more ill-fitting jerseys! You may refer to our online size chart or apply for our “Free Full-Size Fitting Set” delivery service. After confirming the fit, the samples can be returned in person or shipped back (Hong Kong / Taiwan) at your own expense, ensuring a perfect fit for every team member.
STEP 4. Inspection, Delivery & Collection
Once production is completed, you may choose in-store pickup or delivery to your designated location. After confirming the products are correct and settling the remaining balance, you’re ready to wear your exclusive team jersey and enjoy the game.
