Seize every opportunity, and always believe in yourself. - Crystal Yen, Actress
The finalists of the 56th TV Golden Bell Awards are announced. "All Star Games", which brings viewers the spirit of sportsmanship and bloodthirsty competition, has been shortlisted for the Puzzle and Reality Program Award and the Program Innovation Award.
The two seasons of the sports reality program "All-Star Games" have captured the attention of many, as the non-professional athletes give their best in a sports competition that captures the viewers' emotions and makes them feel like they are there.

Uni-Magazine has invited new generation actress Crystal Yen to share her thoughts on the change of identity from "actor" to "athlete" and whether there is any change in her mindset.
Crystal said, "As an actor, I always want to challenge myself, and I also want the audience to see the Crystal who appears under her real name outside of her role as an actor."
Laughing, Crystal said that she used to love taking physical education classes and watching sports events. After watching the first season of the program, she found it very interesting and expressed her wish to participate in the program to her manager. Having participated in sports competitions when she was a student, and with her mother being a former track and field athlete, Crystal ran a good time of 15:31 in the 100 meters in the women's group in the program, setting a new record in the conference, and naturally, she was expected to be elected vice-captain of the red team in the fourth episode of the program.
Although she had the experience of representing her school in the Municipal 400 Relay Competition, she was nervous to face various sports she had never touched or even heard of, such as Foam dodgeball and Kinball etc. In addition, she had to learn the rules and techniques of the sports in a very short period, which made her show a sense of responsibility as the vice-captain of the team. "I will take notes when the coaches explain and share them with my teammates, and when my teammates take turns to demonstrate, we will also share tips to see who catches the feeling first, and then make corrections according to our habits," she says.

With her cheerful and fresh outlook, Crystal is seen as a girl who is easy to get along with, and this is also reflected in her favorite sports. Crystal said she likes the feeling of working closely with her teammates in team sports.Compared to her results, winning the team event made her even happier, "The feeling of everyone working together gave me a lot of strength," she said. She said that she had already made a date with her teammates to play volleyball together sometime in the future!
During the program, the weekly schedule was one day of video recording and six days of practice, which was a physical test for these "non-professional athletes". However, Crystal smiled and said that everyone was very serious. Sometimes when they reached a certain level of practice, they would still have a fighting spirit, and felt that the more tired they were, the more enjoyable it was, and shouted, "More practice! The team leader, Chiang Hung Chieh, came out to call for a halt, fearing that they might overdo it or get injured.

"Exercise gives me a very strong sense of fulfillment, and of course, it's fine to do other things, but as far as speed goes, exercise gives me mental satisfaction very quickly."
When there were three episodes left in the second season of the program, all activities were suspended due to the outbreak of an epidemic in Taiwan. Fortunately, the epidemic subsided at the end of July, and the program gradually resumed practicing and recording. After two months, all the members are here to practice again, and in an interview with Yann Rouzhong, she said that she was sad to see her go! I hope to seize every minute of time with you. But she also laughed that she can't say anything emotional right now because her teammates are still joking with each other in the group at the moment, which shows that the teammates have been training for the sports competition.Raising good fellowship.

Like professional athletes, actors and actresses are both hard professions that constantly challenge themselves to achieve their goals, but the former allow themselves to become someone else for a while.
Sports are the best way to show your true self, and only after experiencing the pressure of competition and the hard work of practicing can you show a real smile that touches your heart.
Despite the inflammation of the lumbar vertebrae and the audience's expectations and criticisms, the encouragement of her teammates and the sense of fulfillment she gained from the competition were the nourishment for her growth, which allowed her to continue to persevere in the competition. Having overcome the pressure and gained the physical and mental growth and friendship brought by sports, Crystal said confidently, "Everyone has to believe in themselves, and seize every opportunity!
!"
Although officially graduated from the All-Star Games, theI believe that in the future, she will continue to let the audience see a brighter and more oriented Crystal Yen!
