Get to know Sublimation jerseys
The "Hot Sublimation" jersey printing technology means that after the professional design provided by All Star Industrial, the printed design paper and the functional fabric are laminated into the roller printing machine, and then the high temperature and high pressure are used to vaporize the ink and attach it to the fabric fibers. This step is called "thermal sublimation", which allows the dye in a gaseous state to enter the functional fabric through a confidentially calculated penetration rate.
Sublimation printed jerseys and sportswear retain the breathable comfort and quick drying function of the original functional fabrics, and the pattern can be shown in detail.Maintaining the characteristics of bright colors, rich layers, washable and wearable, and not easy to fade, it is the most popular in the world. Our customized sportswear & jersey making technology can be applied to all kinds of sports apparel, including all kinds of jerseys, undershirts, windbreaker jackets, hoods and T-shirts.
