Want to practice 3-point shooting? Basketball experts teach you tips!
Coach, I want to play basketball! In reality, I can shoot a superb three-pointer like Sushi Mitsui!
I don't know if you've ever seen the classic anime "Slam Dunk Master", where Shonboku's shooter, Shoji Mitsui, can always make the winning three-pointer in a critical situation, and even in the final game with an unscientific hitting rate of 8 out of 9 shots; but is it possible in reality? Anyone who has watched the NBA for years should know that the NBA has had its share of incredibly accurate shooters in every era, and there have been many basketball stars who have made three-pointers that were beyond the pale, or who were able to maintain a super-high shooting percentage in critical moments and hit the game-winning shots that won their teams victories, and wrote their own legends as well.

1. There is no such thing as "correct shooting posture" and "incorrect shooting posture".
Maybe you have hired a basketball coach, or you search on the Internet, often people will share the so-called "correct shooting posture", but Hao Hao said, because everyone's body structure is different, whether it is the length of the body, the length of the hand, the hand spread, the center of gravity, the degree of activity and so on are all different, in order to increase the hitting rate of the shot is not to go to their own way of shooting the same way as the NBA basketball stars to correct, but to feel the rhythm and coordination of the whole body to fully utilize the power of the whole body to throw the ball on a parabola action. The most important thing to do to increase your shooting percentage is not to modify your shooting style to be like the NBA basketball stars, but to feel the rhythm and coordination of your whole body, and fully utilize your whole body's strength to throw the ball in a parabolic motion.
It's more like dancing, exploring and understanding your body structure, slowly figuring out your most comfortable stance from imitation, and taking into account the feeling of your hypothetical opponent on defense, and practicing over and over again to find a smooth and "quick" shot that "fits you", after all the ultimate goal is to efficiently and accurately put the ball in the basket and score.

2. Find your most comfortable position with the ball: palm, wrist, elbow.
Because everyone's joint angles and mobility are different, the way they hold the ball is also different. Some people will connect the palm of their hand to the lines of the basketball, and use their index or middle finger as the point of alignment (of course, some people also use two or even three fingers), which is basically a very good way to start, but this kind of shooting with a baseline will be at a disadvantage in the real world, and it is often necessary to turn the ball into the right alignment to take a shot. However, this type of shooting style is relatively more stable for people with smaller hands.
Shooting is a habitual action, if we want to break through the opponent's defense, the actual game will often include a change of direction, change of speed, pause, jump and other actions, so it usually affects our feelings when we shoot, at this time, we will use the last finger away from our fingertips, the last finger will be added to the downward pressure generated by the power of Hou Xuan to adjust the final power of the ball delivery, and will not be due to the center of gravity, jump too high or too hard, resulting in a bagel (air ball) or overshooting. We will not shift our center of gravity, jump too high, or push too hard, causing us to throw bread (air ball) or overthrow the ball.

3. jumping and center of gravity of the body: toes, thighs, core
Basically, when you have passed the opponent and found the opportunity to shoot and decided to shoot, the moment you stand firmly is the beginning of the shooting action, many people mistakenly think that as long as you hold the ball correctly and control the force of your hand properly, you will be able to have an accurate hitting rate; however, everyone ignores that the strength of the lower limbs and the core is the biggest key to the hitting rate of the basket.
If you can find the force that rises when you jump from your thighs (or when you pivot on your toes), you will realize that there is not much force coming from your hands when you shoot the ball (unless it is a pull-up shot, which is outside the scope of this discussion), which will allow you to shoot the ball farther, and allow you to focus on controlling the direction of the ball and the force of the shot.

4. Ball Control: Rhythm, Breathing and Coordination
Shooting is like dancing, you have to control your breathing, master the rhythm of the shot and the shot, with the coordination of muscle coordination, to throw the ball out of their own hands; people who have been playing for a while know that when you take a shot at the wrong time, the hitting rate is often not too high, it is an unnatural feeling.
Like you can try to throw the basket when the air out before jumping, or stomach are full of air after jumping to the highest point of the shot, you will find that the hit rate decreased significantly, and even the power is not good, this concept is actually the same as the marathon runner or fitness athlete, adjusting the breathing can be adjusted to adjust the body's athletic performance and coordination, which will help you to make a beautiful shooting posture and control the stability of the ball control! The concept is similar to that of a marathon runner or an athletic athlete.

5. Repeated practice: do not change and adjust the shooting position easily.
After you have practiced for a period of time and slowly found your own shooting stance and catch the tips and feel, you should never adjust your shooting stance easily because of other people's suggestions. "I must say this is very important, don't adjust the feeling and nervous system that you have accumulated for a long time in order to imitate other people, you have to think about the purpose of the adjustment and the necessity of the adjustment.
Although, after practicing for a period of time and already have a little bit of hitting rate, you will start to want to adjust the action to be more beautiful, or even have the same shooting posture as your NBA idol, but this is actually a mistake, such as we mentioned earlier, you must find out the "suitable way of shooting", unless you need to strengthen the speed of the shot, the stability of the ball, etc. But it depends on whether it will affect the effectiveness of your past training, such as your own sense of the ball, or the direction of the original shot to the basket and the direction of power, etc. Howe has seen the previous training, such as the feeling of the ball, or the direction of the original shot to the basket and the direction of the power. However, it depends on the effectiveness of your past training, such as your own sense of the ball, or the direction of the original shot to the basket and the direction of the power, etc. Hao Hao has seen many basketball team members because the coach insisted on adjusting the player's shot, which affects the hitting rate of the ball.
